Coming together like Yin and Yang

On Saturday night, the 11th of May, Luna and I attended an 18th birthday party of a two friends of ours. We were asked to take photos of their special night, to commemorate, not only their 18th year on this planet but their friendship that they have shared since the day they were born. Happy belated birthday to our friends, Andrew and Tony.

The night was quite spontaneous with various activities provided by the host themselves. This night was actually challenging for us because we have not had much experience the flash. Taking photos, trying to get the flash bounce off the roof to give a nice light fill to the photos. It was quite fun trying though and looking forward to using the flash in the near future.

The theme of this party was Yin-Yang where everywhere you look, majority of what you see was black and white, even the birthday boys were wearing black and white. There is not much words I can explain this night aside from saying it was an enjoyable night, celebrating with these beings and sharing to us their touching story. Here are the photos!

I had not realised that I was wearing white and the guy was wearing black. We happened to match the theme of the party. 

Such a beautiful speech that I wish I recorded it.

As a result, this night was challenging to use the flash but we hope to excel and be able to produce more better photos from better experience.
